Understand Our Process

We think building a home should be enjoyable. Learn about our process here!

It's easy - choose your lot!

In order to move forward with the purchase of a home at one of our communities, we first need to make sure you can qualify for the financing needed to complete your purchase. We require our future owners to be pre-qualified with a lender before we can enter into a written contract for the purchase of a home. You are free to use whichever lender you choose, however, we may require you to submit an application with one of our recommended lenders for purposes of verifying your ability to obtain needed financing.

Signing Your Contract

Congratulations! You're pre-qualified and ready to sign sales documents so we can begin work on your new home. When you sign your contract documents, you will be required to deposit $10,000 (ten thousand) dollars. This is called an earnest money deposit. These funds will be applied to the final purchase price at close of escrow. If it important to realize that once you've signed your contract, you are legally obligated to purchase the home.

Your Community Sales Representative will contact you to schedule your Home Orientation tour. The purpose of the Home Orientation is to explain the way your home works - the heating, electrical and mechanical systems, shut-off valve locations and the systems you have selected, as well as the customer service procedures. Any items requiring repair at the time of your Orientation will be addressed by our customer service department as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all items noted will be complete prior to your closing date.

As soon as we receive confirmation that your home has been recorded, the Community Sales Representative will hand you the keys to your new home!

Your community representative will be available to assist you throughout this process.
