Overview
Northern Nevada Homes and its affiliates have secured dozens of premiere home sites in Northern Nevada's most prestigious luxury communities and have developed a custom home program for our most unique clients. For those who want a custom home, but don't want to go through the design-build process, our design team has developed custom plans on many of these premiere home sites, and in some cases, we've already started construction. Others are designed and ready for permits, pending one final opportunity for you to make last minute changes and customize your interior finishes.
For the more adventurous, we'll work with you and our design team from scratch on one of our spectacular home sites. Our team has a streamlined process for getting your new home through the design phase and building process in as smooth and timely manner as possible.
We currently offer custom opportunities in the following premiere communities:
Montreux Golf and Country Club> – This luxurious community surrounds the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course which plays host to the PGA Tour’s Reno Tahoe Open each summer.
Arrowcreek Country Club – This gated luxury community is anchored by two championship golf courses, designed by Arnold Palmer and Fuzzy Zoeller.
Somersett Country Club – This premier golf course community is located in Northwest Reno and features a stunning Tom Kite designed golf course, exceptional hiking trails and other world class amenities.
