The six lot release includes three home sites slated for Northern Nevada Homes' new two story product, which is in the process of receiving final approvals from the City and will be introduced in the coming weeks. The remaining three home sites are designed to accommodate the existing single story plans that have been offered in the past. Purchase pre-construction allows the buyer the most options as far as customizing their new homes.
