Northern Nevada Homes adds Carson Community

Capital Village, a successful master planned community in Carson City, Nevada, will re-open under new ownership.

Green Matrix LLC has purchased the 54 remaining home sites and plans to have product available for delivery in June. The sale included seven partially completed homes. The transaction was completed Friday, February 13. Capital Village is part of the master planned community known as Quail Run. The property is located near the intersection of South Saliman Rd. and Fairview Dr., in SE Central Carson City.

"Capital Village is one of Carson City's premiere new home communities," said Stephen Hoff, managing member of Green Matrix. "We're very happy that home buyers will once again have the opportunity to purchase new homes in this fantastic community."

The homes will be constructed by Northern Nevada Homes, LLC, a general contractor currently active in the Reno market. Northern Nevada Homes will handle day to day operations and oversee sales and marketing efforts. The community will be branded under the Northern Nevada Homes banner.

Green Matrix plans to introduce new product to supplement the existing floor plans offered by the previous developer and plans to offer finished homes starting at under at $200,000. Homes will range in size from 1,300 - 1,800 square feet.

Green Matrix has retained Trans-Action Realty, inc. as broker of record for the community.
