New Home Checklist

As you get moved into your new home, please take note of the following important details! Moving into a new home should be painless, and we have compiled a list of the most important contacts you will need to get your new home ready for closing. Take a look!

1) Mailbox - All of our communities use "cluster" mailboxes. You will need to report to your local post office to request a key. The post office will require evidence of ownership. In lieu of a utility bill, you can bring a copy of your escrow documents.

2) Utilities & other services -We require that utilities and other services be transferred into your name with 72 hours of taking ownership of your new home. Don’t forget to disconnect services at your prior address.
